  • Workshop on Phenotyping New Mouse Models for Heart, Lung, Blood and Sleep Disorders
    Offered on May 6 - 10, 2003 at The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine,
    This workshop provides hands-on training in phenotyping mouse mutants for cardiovascular defects, and heart, lung, blood and sleep disorders. The program will focus primarily on blood pressure measurement, ultrasound, EKG and coagulation profiles, and the theory and methods used in the screening of sleep and respiratory mutants.

  • Visiting Investigtor Program The microarray resources developed by our PGA will be available to qualified individuals through a visitor investigator program that will allow participants to spend one to two weeks at TIGR generating and analyzing data. An application is required. Applicants will selected to participate will be expected to complete a visiting scientist agreement and, if RNA from human subjects or animal models is to be used, either an IRB or IACUC application, as appropriate.
